About The Position

Join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations as a Compass Support Agent. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and ensuring vehicles are customer-ready. If you are detail-oriented and take pride in contributing to a smooth rental experience, this is the opportunity for you. You will be responsible for inventorying vehicles on airport lots, entering their status and related information into a handheld device, and verifying that vehicles are clean, properly staged, and ready for customers. Additionally, you may assist customers with friendly and professional service, help maintain accurate fleet records, and ensure lot organization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice To Haves

• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Inventory vehicles on airport lots.
• Enter vehicle status and related information into a handheld device.
