This is a visiting professorial faculty position in Comparative Arts & Letters, focusing on Interdisciplinary Humanities. The role involves teaching General Education and program courses within Interdisciplinary Humanities. As a ten-month annual contract, the position expects a teaching load of 6 courses distributed across the fall, winter, and spring/summer semesters. The faculty member will also be expected to maintain an active research and publishing profile, mentor undergraduate and graduate research, participate in faculty meetings and academic discussions, and support the mission of Brigham Young University. A key aspect of this role is supporting student faith through a commitment to the religious expectations of the sponsoring institution, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
