Company Vehicle Payment Specialist
About The Position
The Company Vehicle Payment Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of lease payment transactions for the Company Vehicle Lease Program. The responsibilities will include payment audits, credit validations, pricing adjustments, and manually posting additional charges. The payment specialist will be responsible for communicating with custodians when issues and questions arise and developing payment plans when necessary. Responsibilities will also include invoicing for fees and reconciliation of payments as well as collections for uncollectable payments. In addition, the specialist will work with other CVO (Company Vehicle Operations) groups and finance on write offs of vehicles and uncollectable debts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years' Experience in accounting or finance
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal
- Capable of interacting with all levels of employees effectively
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Required to maintain confidentiality and only access when job functions require it
