About The Position

The Non-CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for safely delivering and picking up company products and materials within the local service area. This role includes loading and unloading materials, maintaining delivery records, performing vehicle inspections, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
Ability to operate non-CDL delivery vehicles safely.
Ability to read and follow delivery instructions and shipping documents.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous delivery, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
Experience operating flatbed or straight trucks.
Forklift experience or certification.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving documents.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company delivery trucks and vehicles (CDL not required).
Deliver products to customers and pick up materials from suppliers and other locations.
Verify shipments and delivery paperwork for accuracy.
Secure loads properly before transport.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Obtain signatures and proof of delivery when required.
Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and vehicle records.
Communicate any delivery delays, shortages, damages, or customer concerns.
Keep company vehicles clean and in good condition.
Assist with warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
