About The Position
This position offers the opportunity to earn your CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certification through a covered course, allowing you to start your career before fall. The role involves daytime hours, with a commitment to being home by 5 pm daily. Upon certification, you will maintain an 8 am-5 pm schedule for six months. The company provides a full scholarship for the CHHA course, with the applicant responsible for the Board of Nursing fee. This is a limited-time opportunity to transition from a companion role to a certified CHHA.
Requirements
- Ability to work Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm, plus 2 weekend shifts/month.
- Ability to travel up to 30 minutes for assigned cases.
- Possess a working computer at home (required for the course).
- Willingness to accept all cases in the company's territory.
- Commitment to repaying the $399 course fee if leaving within 6 months of certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 1-month CHHA certification course.
- Work Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
- Work 2 weekend shifts per month.
