About The Position
Home Helpers, a highly reputable home care agency in Wayland, provides companionship and homemaking for local veterans (authorized through the VA) in Framingham, Weston, Wellesley, Natick, Southborough, and surrounding towns. Seeking compassionate, mature individuals who enjoy helping others. Many of our elderly veterans are very isolated and benefit greatly by having thoughtful companionship (talking, playing cards, running errands) and some light housekeeping (light cleaning, simple meal preparation). Join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of others! We are hiring for a variety of hours and shifts.

Responsibilities
- Providing caring and dependable companionship
- Light housekeeping
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Transportation to and from your client’s appointments and activities
- Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
- Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client’s unique needs by collaborating with your Home Helpers team and your client’s family
