Requirements
- A kind, patient personality and a genuine passion for making seniors feel valued and respected
- Comfortable working in pet-friendly homes (friendly cats and dogs love our visits!)
- Valid driver’s license and dependable, insured personal vehicle for local travel
- Dependable communication skills and a caring, punctual work ethic
- No prior healthcare certification required—we provide full, paid onboarding and gentle guidance!
Responsibilities
- Brighten mornings and afternoons through genuine conversation, active listening, and uplifting companionship
- Prepare nutritious home-cooked meals and keep kitchen and living spaces tidy and welcoming
- Provide dependable transportation and friendly accompaniment for local appointments, grocery runs, and errands
- Offer gentle reminders for medications, daily hydration, and comforting daily routines
- Provide patient, comforting engagement for seniors navigating memory changes or dementia
