About The Position

Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide non-medical home care to seniors, helping them remain safe and independent in their homes. We are a customer-centric organization that values our caregivers as the heart of our company, offering them love, respect, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. We provide training and support to assist those who may not be able to help themselves, focusing on keeping seniors happy and healthy at home. We serve DuPage, Will & Cook Counties.

Requirements

Previous home care experience of 1+ years.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Driver license
Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work in the USA.
Must be very reliable.
Must be willing to work full-time or part-time
Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

Medication Reminders
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Follow the Care plan.
