We are looking for passionate, reliable individuals to join our network of healthcare providers. Our clients are individuals in Ottawa and surrounding areas seeking personal care support and companionship due to experiences such as falls, dementia, mental health issues, or a desire to remain in their homes longer. Care is tailored to each individual, with some clients needing in-home support and others requiring assistance with community activities. We seek individuals who genuinely care about their clients' well-being.
Requirements
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months
- Professional experience providing support to seniors
- Experience with personal care
Nice To Haves
- University and/or College education in a related field
- Driver's License G class with access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Organizing and helping clients with their appointments.
- Meal preparation or grocery shopping.
- Engaging in leisure activities, hobbies, and helping with exercising.
- Providing personal care support.
- Providing companionship.
