Relient Health is seeking an experienced clinician to serve as the Community Therapy Lead at a respected Senior Living Community in Thomasville, GA. This is a full-time, direct-hire leadership role for a therapy professional passionate about guiding teams, improving outcomes, and ensuring top-tier patient care. The role involves overseeing PT, OT, and SLP services, ensuring clinical excellence, efficient operations, and a supportive work environment that promotes both patient recovery and staff satisfaction.

Requirements

Licensed PTA or COTA in GA
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff
Skilled in Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
Must hold active or eligible credentials as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
