About The Position

The Community Table Coordinator will support events in the store including monetized events and sampling. This role involves executing community driving and monetized events 4-5 times a week, assisting with in-store events like Birthday Parties and Pairings, and preparing and conducting events at the Community Table. The coordinator will also assist with Thirsty Thursday events and support vendor-sponsored sampling. Additionally, the role includes assisting with large catering sales, working with the CMM on local social posts, supporting outside selling with an emphasis on seasonal goals, providing support to Cart 2 Class, and supporting community events including activations at sponsorships and store-based outreach.

Requirements

Passion for food and ability to tell stories.
Experience in retail, preferably with the Lowes Foods Brand.
Knowledge of Lowes Foods store departments.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Strong communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
