About The Position
SACLA is currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker for two gentlemen who live in their own home. They enjoy going for walks in their neighborhood, building and strengthening relationships with family and friends and occasionally enjoy an evening in together. The successful candidate will be required to support the gentlemen to self-advocate, be a positive role model, participate and be members of the community and to meet their day to day requirements.
Requirements
- Lifting, Transferring, Physical Supports and Personal Care are required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with tube feeding would be an asset.
- Experience supporting individuals who have alternative methods of communication would be an asset.
