About The Position

Ellie Mental Health – New Mexico is a growing mental health and wellness agency. We provide individuals, couples, and group therapy services to New Mexicans. The Ellie Staff pride themselves on being an innovative and creating team that works collaboratively with clients and community partners to deliver the most comprehensive and personalized treatment to all clients.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must meet one of the following education/experience requirements: o Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with one year of related experience with the target population o Associate’s degree in human services with two years of related experience with the target population o Associate’s degree in an approved behavioral health coaching curriculum o High school diploma or GED with minimum three years working with the target population o A valid New Mexico certification as a CPSW, CFPSW, or CYPSS
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Must pass a CYFD background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in supporting recovery and resiliency goals, including crisis planning, community linkages and skill development strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide culturally responsive, community-based CCSS services that support client recovery, skill development, and independent functioning.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, supervisors, and community partners to implement and monitor individualized service plans.
  • Complete assessments, participate in team meetings, and document progress toward measurable goals and outcomes.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state, funding, and agency requirements.
  • Complete required training, follow ethical and regulatory standards, and engage in ongoing supervision and professional development.
  • This position requires routine travel within the Santa Fe area.
  • Community work is required.
