We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Support Worker to support individuals living at our Hawkmount Group Home. Individuals may have complex needs including cerebral palsy, developmental disabilities, dementia, scoliosis, visual and hearing impairments, and behavioural support needs. In this role, you will provide personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, household support, community access, and transportation to appointments and recreational activities. You will also implement individualized support plans and promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
