The Community Support Worker II will contribute to assessing client service needs, accompanying clients to assessment services, and utilizing appropriate data collection methods for behaviors of concern or skill teaching. The position also requires being a supportive team member, contributing to the development of Individual Support Plans, facilitating information exchange during shift changes, and liaising with families, guardians, and other professionals.
