About The Position

Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 43-year-old woman in maintaining her independence and continuing her personal growth. This individual is highly self-aware, a strong self-advocate, and will communicate when support is needed. She worked previously as an esthetician. In recent years, she has remained dedicated to her physical and emotional well-being and continues to focus on growth, balance, and meaningful engagement in her daily life. She has a great sense of humor, an infectious laugh, and a deep sense of care for others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintain driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Demonstrate a commitment to the Moore Center’s values
• Comply with all state, agency and department policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an esthetician (implied by the client's background, not a direct requirement for the DSP role)
