About The Position

Milestone LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Community Support Specialist to act as a liaison between clients and services. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
Strong understanding of community resources and support services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in case documentation.
Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.

Responsibilities
