We are currently seeking a Community Support Specialist who is ready to grow with an industry leader in Homeowners Association Management. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or front-office roles—bonus points if you have experience with multi-line phone systems! As a Community Support Specialist, you will be a vital part of our in-office team, ensuring seamless operations and providing outstanding resident support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Driver's License
  • Vehicle Insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior switchboard or customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Homeowners Associations is a plus!
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary in-office support team member.
  • Acting as a backup for inbound/outbound resident calls and action items.
  • Verify and update contact information in Management software.
  • Effective and Personal Communication with Residents.
  • Monitor Key/Access Codes Check In/Check Out for Homeowners Daily
  • Facilitate Rental/Reservations of Association Amenities.
  • Post office pickups and return mail processing.
  • Return Mail Processing.
  • Attend all company and department-assigned meetings.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
