The ISCH Caseworker supports individuals living in the community through the waiver program by helping them grow more independent and confident in their daily lives. This role requires in person visits, assisting with paperwork, creativity in engaging a diverse population of individuals served, and flexibility to adapt to changing goals and needs. ISCH Caseworkers assist with housing recertifications, health insurance and benefit maintenance, and daily supports such as transportation, budgeting, and social engagement. As an ISCH Caseworker, you will see the difference your work makes each week as you help individuals build independence and confidence in the community.
