About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking Community Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, and autism. The role focuses on inclusion and community participation, enabling individuals to thrive. As a Community Support Professional, you will teach, coach, and support individuals with autism to foster growth, facilitate meaningful life choices, and help them become valued community members. You will serve as a role model, assisting individuals in achieving 'everyday lives' by encouraging social interaction, developing friendships, finding and maintaining employment, exercising choice, managing daily living activities, and accomplishing personal goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Valid driver’s license
Daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Responsibilities
