About The Position
The Community Support Coach is responsible for training and supervising clients at their community based employment sites. Transport clients to and from the job site on a PACE vehicle. Serve as a liaison between employer and the clients at the job site. Maintain necessary documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age
