Viva partners with affordable housing communities to achieve mission-critical community goals like reducing unpaid rent, and increasing the probability that an individual or household will stay in the community by renewing their lease. We support these goals by connecting residents to meaningful resources across health, education, and financial wellness. Through Viva, residents can access services like telehealth, tutoring, and financial tools designed to support stability and long-term mobility, including opportunities to save, invest, and work toward goals like homeownership. Our mission is to create equity through housing by ensuring families not only have a place to live, but access to the resources they need to thrive. For our customers, who are the housing partners, stabilizing residents helps stabilize the community including the business side of managing and owning affordable housing. As a Community Success Manager (CSM), you will own resident engagement and outcomes across 200+ households in your assigned communities. You will serve as a trusted, in-person point of contact, building relationships with residents and helping them access benefits that improve their day-to-day lives. This is a high-ownership, field-based role. Your primary tool will be data analysis to map progress to community goals and determine the best strategies going forward. To accomplish this our data shows you must be willing to invest your time toward in-person engagement —most often through door knocking—but your responsibility goes beyond outreach. You are expected to use strong judgment to prioritize your time, adapt in real time, and translate brief interactions into meaningful outcomes for residents. By helping residents access and use Viva services, you contribute to broader outcomes such as increased housing stability (retention) , improved financial health, and long-term pathways toward goals like savings and homeownership.
