About The Position

Estelle’s Professional Community Services is seeking a contracted Community Stabilization Clinician to provide community-based services to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in Virginia. The role is open to qualified LMHP, LMHP-R, LMHP-S, and LMHP-RP applicants.

The clinician completes clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans within their scope of practice; provides crisis intervention, safety planning, and therapeutic support; coordinates referrals and transitions to ongoing care; collaborates with clients, natural supports, and other service providers; and maintains timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Hold an active Virginia license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist; or qualify as an LMHP-R, LMHP-S, or LMHP-RP.
• Residents and supervisees must maintain required board-approved supervision and practice within their authorized scope.
• Include current Virginia license or registration information with the application.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in crisis intervention and community mental health.
• Familiarity with Virginia Medicaid documentation requirements.
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and care coordination skills.
