About The Position

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is seeking a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager within the Community Services and Supports Department located in the Sacramento office. The Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager provides supervision and support to a team of Home and Community Based Waiver Specialists, Quality Assurance Specialists, and staff processing Special Incident Reports. This position will be called upon to provide analysis of quality assurance trends and will work closely with case management and resource development staff.

Requirements

Master’s degree and five years of experience in a human service (or related) agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities OR a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience in a human service (or related) agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities.
Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, requirements and policy standards.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
Strong time-management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Provides supervision and support to a team of Home and Community Based Waiver Specialists, Quality Assurance Specialists, and staff processing Special Incident Reports.
Provides analysis of quality assurance trends.
Works closely with case management and resource development staff.
