About The Position
As a Community Services Instructor (CSI) at Easterseals, you will connect the people you support with their community and work alongside people with disabilities to help them participate, stay engaged, and thrive. The role provides respite care and support services to families of individuals with disabilities, primarily autism. You will ensure that services meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards. The position is part-time, with pay based on individual experience and yearly raise opportunities. Job training is provided. A comprehensive PTO, retirement, and health benefits package is available to full-time team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of disabilities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or experience as a caregiver.
