About The Position

This position is based in the Community Services Bureau and supports Big Sky Waiver operations, including Home and Community Based Settings (HCBS) compliance and implementation of applicable federal requirements. This role is responsible for the development, oversight, coordination and management of Big Sky Waiver HCBS Settings while supporting the mission and goals of the Community Services Bureau. The Community Services Bureau/Big Sky Waiver Settings Manager is intended to provide improvement in Big Sky Waiver Settings coordination, structure, compliance monitoring, and technical assistance. This position will support Community Services Bureau/Big Sky Waiver compliance with federal Settings rules, Heightened Scrutiny Evaluations, and CMS Access Rule activities, including timely identification and resolution of Settings issues that impact provider enrollment. This position reports directly to the Big Sky Waiver Section Supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of the wider objectives of the program as identified in the project proposal.
• Broad knowledge of Home and Community Based Services.
• Able to resolve differences of opinion, using tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of elderly and physical disability service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, public health, health administration, or related fields.
• Two years of professional experience in health care, public health, behavioral health, or general program management.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
