About The Position

Brookdale Sherwood Assisted Living in Odessa is seeking a Community Sales Manager. This role is recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity. The successful candidate will guide families and older adults through the sales journey, work with local professionals to generate referral leads, and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale offers a 3-week onboarding program, one-on-one coaching, ongoing continuing education, and customized marketing tools. This is an opportunity for a strong sales leader or an experienced Sales Manager to join a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
