The Community Sales Manager is responsible for generating new home sales, managing closings for the Century Communities division, and converting traffic into buyers of new homes. This role involves generating new traffic to sales studios through networking, outreach to area real estate agents, and public promotions. The position also assists the builder in ensuring the buyer has a great customer experience through the construction process and maintains a solid relationship with all buyers after closing.
