About The Position

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales force as Community Sales Managers in the Glendora and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for both experienced home sales professionals and those new to the industry, as we provide comprehensive training and tools for success. All new Community Sales Managers begin as trainees (CSMT) to ensure mastery of the Taylor Morrison sales approach. The training program duration is customized based on individual background and experience, ranging from two weeks to a full year. We are looking for passionate individuals eager to grow with us and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the home buying process.

Requirements

  • Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software applications: (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer)
  • High level of organizational and documentation skills
  • Customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority
  • Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about our homes and communities, using finance as a sales tool, sales purchase agreements, CRM for prospecting, and community management.
  • Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices and gain practical insights into the sales process.
  • Complete assigned reading materials, online courses, and other training activities to enhance sales skills.
  • Learn about the features and benefits of our homes and communities, understanding how they fulfill customer needs and demonstrate proficiency in articulating value propositions.
  • Master sales techniques including prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals, while practicing effective communication and active listening.
  • Develop negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company.
  • Understand the importance of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, learning effective follow-up, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Gain proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage accounts.
  • Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions with mentors or supervisors.
  • Set goals for personal development and track progress towards achieving them.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and a proactive approach to learning and skill enhancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
