Under general supervision, the Security Officer promotes and maintains a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, team members and community. Provides general security in the buildings and surrounding areas of the community according to the established standards and within the assigned areas of responsibility. Lead duties include coordinating schedule changes and cross coverage with other CROs, filling in for other CROs when needed to ensure proper coverage, assisting with training CROs, and ongoing quality control to ensure the team is current on information, skills, and process changes.
