About The Position

The Senior Community Relations Representative supports operations of 1,000 units or more. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Travel between communities may be required daily.
  • Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Salesforce, RealPage or Coupa is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
  • Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
  • Provides on-boarding and training support to new team members.
  • Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
