The Community Relations Representative is responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience throughout the resident journey at Essex. This role promotes an excellent customer experience by having positive interactions with residents, assisting with move-in and move-out processes, managing resident documents and additional paperwork, and handling resident inquiries and concerns to ensure their issues or questions are adequately addressed. The goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction scores by ensuring residents are treated with care.
