About The Position

The Community Relations Director is responsible for managing inquiries, admissions, and discharges, maintaining daily census reports, and coordinating the admission process. This role also involves representing the facility at community events and collaborating with Nursing Liaisons/Marketers on referrals and admissions. A key aspect of the position is ensuring resident satisfaction through post-move-in visits and surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
  • Daily census reports and reporting
  • Coordinate the inquiry process
  • Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork
  • Notification and reporting of admission updates
  • Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
  • Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction
  • Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
  • Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions
