About The Position

At Civitas Senior Living, we're looking for a Community Relations Director who understands the art of persuasion, relationship-building, and innovative sales strategies. If you have the warmth, enthusiasm, and proven success in sales, this role could be your next big achievement. This role involves being the positive, engaging face of the community to prospective residents and their families, forging and sustaining relationships with local businesses and networking organizations, utilizing digital marketing and social selling, organizing and facilitating all move-in activities, coordinating with the Wellness Director for smooth resident transitions, conducting assessments outside the community, meeting with the Executive Director to devise and execute marketing strategies and referral source follow-ups, and using advanced CRM software to manage waiting lists, future interest, vacancies, and ensure a quick, efficient move-in process.

Requirements

  • Proven success in achieving sales and occupancy goals, preferably in senior living environments such as assisted living, nursing homes, or memory care.
  • Background in senior living inside sales management or industries with a comparable sales cycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field is ideal.
  • Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.
