The Community Relations Database Analyst manages information that supports the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum's strategic community partnerships and works collaboratively with Museum staff to document and organize the Museum’s comprehensive network of partnerships with community organizations in the interest of maintaining long-term, sustainable partnerships throughout the Greater Boston area. This is a temporary, full-time position expected to continue for approximately one year, focused on developing and implementing systems that strengthen the Museum's long-term community engagement efforts. A priority for this role is documenting relationships that align with the Museum’s strategic goals. The Community Relations Database Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing an internal system for documenting relationships between internal and external partnerships in the critical work of outreach, community partnership, and audience development. The Database Analyst is also responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of records within Tessitura, the institution’s customer relationship management software (CRM), and shared responsibility for relationships across the institution.
