About The Position
This role involves providing person-centred nursing care and coordinating services to support individual patient and client needs within the community. The Community Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies to deliver safe, effective, and responsive care. This position also offers opportunities for developing clinical skills, professional practice, contributing to health education, quality improvement activities, and supporting students and less experienced staff.
Requirements
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in community nursing practice and commitment to person and family-centred care.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workload effectively.
- Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
- Immunisation compliance.
