Community Program Coordinator 1, Administration, Per Diem, VARIES
About The Position
Responsible for the coordination, development and execution of community programs and events which includes securing clinical speakers, securing venues, marketing the programs and being the main point person between the speakers, the community and marketing. Coordinates and maintains relationships with non-for-profit organizations, local schools and key community partners to promote wellness programs that benefit our community. Provides on-going support for all Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) entity strategic priorities. Identifies opportunities and actively cross-promotes all BHSF services as aligned with strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Exceptional people and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, creative, flexible
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Travel to Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties required
- Minimum 2 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Spanish desired
- Past work experience in a healthcare setting desired
- Bachelors degree, preferred
