About The Position

The Arc Erie County NY is a leading nonprofit supporting people with developmental & intellectual disabilities across Western New York, through innovative residential, educational, clinical and employment services. Proudly celebrating our 75th anniversary, we remain committed to empowering individuals and building inclusive communities. This is a Full Time position (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm) with a pay rate of $24.34 per hour. At The Arc Erie County NY, we believe employment is more than a job- it’s purpose, independence, and community connection. We’re seeking a confident, hand-on leader to manage our Community Pre-Vocational (CPV) program in the Northtown's and guide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward meaningful vocational futures. This is not a desk-only role. This is leadership in motion!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years ID/DD experience
• Associate’s degree + 5 years ID/DD experience
• Valid NYS Driver’s License

• Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
• Thrives supervising and developing staff
• Understands OPWDD and ID/DD service environments
• Is organized, compliance-focused, and detail-oriented
• Can balance administrative leadership with direct service support
• Leads with professionalism, positivity and accountability

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Job Coaches/Transition Specialists
• Oversee daily program operations and documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and service quality
• Support participant transitions into employment pathways
• Build community partnerships (internships, volunteer sites, business tours)
• Step in to provide direct support when needed
