About The Position

We are hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations through community events, fundraising campaigns, and public engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to build experience in nonprofit outreach, event marketing, customer engagement, and community relations while making a meaningful social impact. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles.

Responsibilities

Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach programs
Engage the public in face-to-face conversations about charitable causes and initiatives
Promote donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement

Track and record donor engagement, contributions, and outreach performance metrics
