About The Position

We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support leading nonprofit organizations at local events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns. This hands-on, entry-level opportunity offers experience in marketing, nonprofit outreach, event coordination, and donor engagement while making a meaningful impact in the community. No experience is required; paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth are provided, including advancement into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and people-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Full-time availability, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations.
• Engage the public in face-to-face conversations about important causes.
• Inspire donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement.
• Assist with event setup, outreach booths, and promotional materials.
• Track supporter interactions, contributions, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the outreach team to meet campaign goals.
