About The Position

We’re seeking motivated, outgoing, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives. Requirements

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus
• Enjoy meeting and talking with new people
• Are friendly, dependable, organized, and adaptable
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are comfortable working in public-facing environments
• Can work occasional evenings, weekends, or community events

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, marketing, events, or nonprofit work is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members to promote nonprofit programs and campaigns
• Support community outreach, fundraising, and promotional initiatives
• Build positive relationships with community members, volunteers, and supporters
• Assist with event setup, registration, and logistics
• Represent nonprofit organizations in a friendly and professional manner
• Track engagement, attendance, and campaign results
• Work with a team to achieve outreach and event goals
