About The Position
Verdugo Strategies is seeking a Canvasser to help people get registered to vote in the state of MI. This is a part-time, temporary position where you will knock on doors and talk to community members about upcoming elections. Ideal candidates will have a passion for community empowerment and be comfortable speaking with diverse communities. All Canvassers will be paid $20/hour. Shifts will be 5-6 hours in the afternoon to evening. Earn up to $130 a day with weekly pay!
Requirements
- Availability including weekends
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Comfort with talking to people
- Working Smartphone w/ Data
- Must not work for other political campaigns during employment.
- Must be flexible for any changes due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, etc.
