About The Position
We are actively hiring Community Outreach Representatives to start immediately. If you enjoy talking to people, being out in the community, and making a real difference, this role is for you. No experience in outreach, marketing, or nonprofit work is required. We provide full training from day one. This is an entry-level, beginner-friendly opportunity designed for anyone ready to learn and start working right away.
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking with people
- Friendly, positive, and reliable
- Willing to learn (training provided)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No prior experience is necessary. We welcome first-time job seekers and candidates with employment gaps.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Speak with community members in person and/or virtually
- Share information about programs, services, and resources
- Participate in local outreach events and community engagement activities
- Help increase awareness of community initiatives
- Collect basic feedback and information from the public
- Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner
- Work with a supportive team to meet outreach goals
