About The Position

We’re looking for an outgoing, people-focused professional to help grow our orthodontic practice through in-person relationship building and community outreach. If you enjoy being out in the community, meeting new people, and not being stuck behind a desk all day — this role is for you. This is a field-based position, meaning most of your day will be spent visiting local dental offices, attending community events, and building connections throughout North Fort Worth.

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people
• Self-motivated and able to manage your day independently
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Professional and personable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dental, healthcare, sales, or hospitality is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices and referral partners regularly
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
• Drop off marketing materials and stay top-of-mind with offices
• Represent the practice at schools, events, and community activities
• Travel between nearby areas (Haslet, Keller, Azle, Saginaw, and surrounding areas)
• Plan and manage your daily outreach schedule independently
• Track visits and follow-ups to stay organized
