About The Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated and personable Community Outreach Coordinator to represent our clinic in the office, community and online. This dynamic role blends external outreach with internal patient support, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact in both marketing and operations. You’ll be responsible for building professional relationships, coordinating events, scheduling patients, answering phones, and managing our social media and website presence.

Requirements

Experience in marketing, outreach, sales, or related fields
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable with technology, especially social media and website management (WordPress a plus)
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus, but not required)
Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable
Ability to travel locally for outreach and events

Responsibilities

Build relationships with local businesses, providers, and community influencers
Represent the clinic at wellness events, workshops, and health fairs
Track and report key marketing performance indicators (referrals, leads, events, etc.)
Manage and update our website and social media platforms (content, engagement, scheduling)
Assist with patient testimonials, reviews, and online reputation management
Support the team with internal communications and marketing-related office tasks
Answer phones professionally and schedule new and existing patients
