The VOICE Coordinator will be responsible for attending all TPC training sessions, meetings and participating in all the Tobacco Prevention and Cessation partnership in person and virtual meetings. This position will monitor completion of activities contracted in the written work plan submitted with this proposal by IU Health Inc. and submit monthly reports to the Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Coordinator. Other responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of activities related to Priority Area: Decrease Youth and Young Adult Tobacco Use Rates and required deliverables for the following Indicators: Middle and High School Comprehensive School Strategy Youth Empowerment/VOICE Point-of-Sale The VOICE Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Tobacco Free Orange County coalition and Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Coordinator in the execution of activities and the required deliverables. Additional responsibilities: Supports the development and execution of community outreach strategies, initiatives and events that align with IU Health community outreach priorities, in meeting the identified needs of the communities. Provides assistance to team member volunteer programs. Provides administrative coordination for the system team in areas such as meeting management, budget coordination, and ad hoc project support. Supports the assigned Manager and team in successfully executing initiatives and events.
