About The Position

We are a mission-driven community outreach and engagement organization partnering with nonprofits to strengthen local impact through live events, fundraising campaigns, volunteer programs, and public engagement initiatives. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach & Event Marketing Assistants to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in Nonprofit Outreach, Event Marketing, Community Engagement, Public Relations, Fundraising Campaigns, Promotional Events, and Leadership Development. No prior experience is required — we provide structured training, hands-on mentorship, and clear advancement pathways for motivated individuals eager to grow within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization. As a Community Outreach & Event Marketing Assistant, you will help coordinate and execute nonprofit events, outreach campaigns, and promotional initiatives designed to increase awareness, strengthen community relationships, and support fundraising efforts. This role combines event marketing, communications, donor engagement, and public interaction in a collaborative, mission-focused environment dedicated to creating measurable local impact.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
  • Support live promotional activations, nonprofit events, and volunteer engagement programs
  • Engage with community members in professional, public-facing environments
  • Track engagement activity and assist with campaign reporting and performance metrics
  • Help onboard, train, and support new entry-level team members
  • Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
