About The Position

We are a mission-driven community outreach and engagement organization partnering with nonprofits to strengthen local impact through live events, fundraising campaigns, volunteer programs, and public engagement initiatives. We are currently hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach & Event Marketing Assistants to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in Nonprofit Outreach, Event Marketing, Community Engagement, Public Relations, Fundraising Campaigns, Promotional Events, and Leadership Development. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Interest in nonprofit work, community engagement, fundraising, or event marketing
• Desire to grow into leadership or management roles

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred
• Experience in customer service, events, outreach, retail, hospitality, or marketing is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
• Support live promotional activations, nonprofit events, and volunteer engagement programs
• Engage with community members in professional, public-facing environments
• Track engagement activity and assist with campaign reporting, metrics, and performance analysis
• Help onboard, train, and support new entry-level team members
• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach, engagement, and fundraising goals
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented, and mission-driven work environment
