AARP is the nation's largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering people 50 and older to choose how they live as they age. As a trusted source for news and information, AARP produces the nation's largest-circulation publications, AARP The Magazine and the AARP Bulletin. The Community Outreach and Employment Manager supervises 4-8 office staff in the administration of the program that serves an average of 100 participants daily and 180 participants annually, within a defined geographical region. Ensures interactions with program participants are non-discriminatory and in accordance with employment law and AARP, AARP Foundation and program policies and procedures.
