CBI Health is Canada's leading community healthcare provider with a national network of over 2,500 healthcare staff and professionals. We are committed to innovating our services to provide better recovery and support for our clients by focusing on a client-centered approach and data-driven solutions. Our Community Rehabilitation Services team in Ontario treats clients who have experienced mental stress injuries and motor vehicle accidents, aiming to restore them to their pre-accident function. Within the Complex Auto program, Occupational Therapists assess and treat clients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges related to motor vehicle accidents. This role involves in-home and hospital discharge assessments, ergonomic assessments, concussion and cognitive rehabilitation, and mental health treatment. Unlike traditional private practice, CBI Health has established strong relationships with auto insurance providers and legal representatives, allowing OTs to focus on client care without common industry hardships. This program offers 'start to finish care' from acute injury stages through to return to pre-MVA function, making the work more meaningful.
